Eagle Leader Certification

Once a youth leader has demonstrated effective implementation of JFYM and a desire to multiply JFYM with other youth leaders, then he/she applies to become an Eagle Leader. After the application is approved, he/she is invited to participate in an Eagle Leader Certification.

During the two-day Eagle Leader Certification, we...
  • Focus on taking Jesus-Focused Youth Ministry to the next level through further implementation
  • Discuss heart issues relating to personal, family, and ministry needs
  • Design each person’s unique approach to mentoring other youth leaders
  • Envision how personal ownership will help multiply Jesus-Focused Youth Ministry

This process is distinctive because it multiplies ministry through relationships.
