• Student: Is a significant adult personally investing in your spiritual growth? Are you actively pursuing a relationship with Jesus?

1. The JFYM Forum - Host the Jesus-Focused Youth Ministry Forum for your younger generation team and/or for other churches in your area.
2. The Coaching Assessment - Bring together your church's key leadership to identify the barriers to your growth then strategically move everyone toward a common vision, focus, and plan.
3. The Leader Retreats - Retreat with your Leadership Team to focus on one or two elements of Jesus-Focused Youth Ministry—Go Deeper/Pray with Passion, Build Leaders/Disciple Students and Penetrate the Culture/Create Outreach Opportunities. Spend significant time in prayer and worship seeking God’s wisdom and direction.
4. The Parent Fuel Fill Up - Create a powerful and in-depth ministry to parents in the church and community with the Parent Fuel training and resources.
5. The Missions Experience - Involve your younger generation team and student leaders in a cross-cultural trip to work with other Jesus-Focused Youth Ministry leaders in the United States and in more than 30 countries globally
