The Younger Generation Coaching Assessment

PURPOSE: Reach Out can COACH you and your church's key leadership to identify why you are not on the same page and then move everyone toward a common vision and focus.

PROCESS: Over two days key leaders -- pastor(s), youth pastor, children's ministry, volunteers, parents, students -- will give honest input on where the disconnections are and what they see as the vision for the church in reaching the younger generation. We do this through a series of interviews with an opening and closing large group session.

RESULT: Leaders will see clearly the most significant disconnections that keep them from being on the same page, the unique vision for the younger generation ministry and their personal and practical direction for how to go forward to solve the disconnections and accomplish the vision.

**OFF SITE OPTION AVAILABLE: If the cost of on site Coaching Assessment is beyond your budget, we can do an off site Coaching Assessment as well. It will follow the same format as the on site Coaching Assessment.
