I was born in 1960 and as young man was a Seventh Day Adventist church member. On August 21, 1988, I visited Ruiru Bible Baptist church; Charles Juma led me to the Lord after the morning service. I was baptized in the same church, and I grew there until eventually serving as a youth leader.
In 1992, I took students to a youth camp in the capital city of Nairobi. Throughout the week, a missionary from Tanzania, David Jones, was teaching about Joseph's life. He preached regarding what to do with your life… Exodus 21:1- 7. On that day, I gave my life to serve My Lord permanently in ministry. I resigned from my work in industry as a machine-operator, and I joined Nairobi Baptist Bible College.
After graduating with a Bachelor of Arts, I began pastoring Ruiru Baptist church. My former pastor, Charles Juma, came home from America and trained us in Jesus-Focused Youth Ministry. Since that time, I have taught in this ministry, and in 2019 I was appointed to be a country leader in Kenya. I am married and have seven children… three of whom are older now. I'm very thankful for your prayers and support.
