Randy Riggins
President
Randy Riggins has spent his life pastoring youth and training leaders in youth ministry. As Reach Out’s President, Randy leads country leaders and country teams, who then train youth leaders in Jesus-Focused Youth Ministry. Randy has played a significant role with Reach Out since 2002 coaching and mentoring youth leaders both nationally and internationally. As a student pastor, family ministry pastor, and mission pastor, he implemented JFYM in multiple churches, led over 60 mission trips, and equipped parents in multiple churches in Parent Fuel. He enjoys both speaking and writing to leaders, parents, and students. Randy graduated from Baylor University and Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. He and his wife, Holly, have five children and live in Lantana, TX.
