What are the Jesus-Focused Youth Ministry Forums all about? The Jesus-Focused Youth Ministry Forum takes any ministry to a new level of depth and maturity that will look more and more like the way Jesus did ministry. The Forum offers an intensive one-day experience that gives focused attention to the ENTIRE YOUNGER GENERATION MINISTRY TEAM (pastors, youth pastors and their volunteer leadership team, children’s ministers and all of their volunteer leadership team, parent leaders, student leaders and ALL other volunteer younger generation leadership teams). The Forum helps them explore how to best implement Jesus-Focused Ministry. The Forum is not a conference with speakers, lectures and instruction. The ROYS Team will guide the participants through the Forum and then allow them to break into their small groups where together they discuss how to implement each element of Jesus-Focused Ministry, working through obstacles and questions. Creative discussion, Q&A and prayerful times of reflection characterize the Forum schedule. The JFYM Forum fits into a three-phase mentoring process for the entire younger generation ministry team: 1. Introduce. The entire younger generation ministry team comes to the Forum, each participant will...
3. Multiply. Once the younger generation ministry team leaders are effectively implementing Jesus-Focused Youth Ministry, they have the opportunity to become Eagle Leaders and can help mentor other younger generation ministry team leaders in their regions of influence. This provides an opportunity not only to affect their church but also, over time, countless other churches as well. To find out more about Eagle Leaders click here. |

Just listen to what forum participants are saying... "This was very challenging, convicting, but yet refreshing. It really helped me to see areas of weakness within my youth ministry and how to go about correcting them. It brought me back to the foundation...Jesus."
